      I literally only was having the free water test that was advertised as an opportunity to be awarded a free gift card and the representative that came out was awful and inconsiderate!!! I am a homeowner that was single at the time of the purchase of my home and they wanted my partner to be home to conduct the test, not appropriate when this is my home! I rushed home with my two small children to make this appointment for the gentleman to come into my home and be rude and not perform the test which forfeited my ability to be awarded the gift card. I am very upset and will be contacting upper management as this was unacceptable. You all have got to get better workers to advertise your business.
