  Lies about promises on service. There is no guaranteed promise they will run you around come out once and re-clean it it still just as nasty and then do nothing else and stop talking to you and ignore you run from this business

  It is with great disappointment and frustration that we feel compelled to share our experience with Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning of ***********. As the proud owners of The Village Preschool in Woodlawn, we have always strived to maintain a safe and clean environment for our young learners. Unfortunately, our recent dealings with Safe-Dry have been far from satisfactory. Despite our initial reluctance to air our grievances publicly, we find ourselves compelled to do so after months of unsuccessful attempts to resolve the matter privately. We had hoped for a swift and amicable solution, but our repeated efforts to coordinate with the vendor have been met with excuses and delays at every turn. Our encounter with Safe-Dry has been marked by a lack of professionalism and an apparent disregard for our unique needs as a childcare facility. The vendor's persistent delays have left our floors in a state that falls far short of the agreed-upon standard. There are wax spots all over our floors from an apparent lack of finished work that are now flaking and posing a risk to our children. Despite having paid for a complete job, only one room was attended to, and the subsequent attempts to finish the job were marred by impractical requests, such as closing classrooms or working at nightboth of which are non-starters for our operating hours. In an effort to accommodate the vendor, we went above and beyond by having our team move furniture multiple times on weekends. Regrettably, these efforts did not yield the desired results, and the quality of the workmanship was sorely lacking. We find ourselves in the unfortunate position of having given Safe-Dry multiple opportunities to rectify the situation, only to be met with ongoing frustration and disappointment. We sincerely hope that Safe-Dry will take this opportunity to address our concerns promptly and professionally.

  Very please with my experience and the work that Charles provided. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called which was great because the other company I called couldn't get to me until after my company was leaving. The carpets feel softer than when they were new and look great!
