      On Saturday, September 16, 2023, my husband and I went to the Birmingham Race course casino. The lights went out between 7:00--8:00 pm while we were playing. A member of the staff took our name, number of the machines we were playing on, and our telephone number. They asked us to come back the next day, to collect our monies. No time, process or any type of information was given. We returned on Sunday morning only to be turned away again, stating that they did not have our money, the director stayed over late last night trying to find out how much money was owed and to come back at 5:00 pm. We returned at 5:00 pm only to be told to come back Monday at 3:00 pm. No explanation was given other than it's a process. We did not return on Monday but tried calling repeatedly to ensure we would not be wasting gas as well as our time for another unsuccessful trip. We were not able to set through via phone as they had stopped answering it (my opinion).

      8/18/22 I visited this business, and I had a miserable time at the establishment. I lost over $***.00 on a malfunctioning machine, that I never realized was malfunctioning, until it made some un-usual animations like a flickering tv. If a machine doesn't work properly, it should not take money with no chance of any type of payout. The day before, on 8/17/22, they had to shut down the establishment,because of a problem with the machines. I found out about this after I lost my money. I'm not complaining because I lost, I'm only complaining because of the unfairness of the situation. I would like to be compensated a full refund of my loss of $*** and an agreement to never return to the establishment. This establishment does not operate in fairness.
