      driver picked up about 5% of the donations i have and said he would be back at 9 am mon. never showed and i cant get anyone on the phone with the store to help me - i keep being given wrong numbers and disconnected numbers.

      Good Afternoon,

      We have reviewed our records and we do show a Home Pickup scheduled for 12/14/24 that our driver team did complete.  We were unaware of items left behind.  Please know that we will be planning a return trip to collect any additional items as soon as possible.

      Our normal practice is for the donors to submit concerns or questions to us via email at ***********************************************************  As of today, we do not have a message from this donor regarding any issues.

      We apologize for any inconvenience and it will be addressed promptly.

      My mom went to this store on 11/20/2023. She said she was checking out the manager name ****** aka ***********Came over to the register Accusing her of switching price tags. My mother felt very embarrassed because why is this white woman accusing her of changing the price tag. ****** not all black people steal or change the price tags. American Thrift store yall need better management instead of racist people accusing people of stealing. Shame on y'all.Update 12/5/2033 so my mom went in the store again today. So ****** (*****) is basically discriminating against my mother accusing her once again of changing prices. I called myself to confront her about it she hung up on me.

      This place for some reason that is beyond me since *** never worked there or anything and have only shopped with cash, reported TWO accounts to my credit report Eastern accounts some shady place said they hired them to collect for them I cant get anyone to tell me what this is about

      Its funny theyre not scared of the bbb and say this but the **** theyre afraid of because it costs them money and its now deleted

      I purchased 5 items from this location that were labeled "bag misc office" for roughly $58(nothing was marked "as is) everything was bagged and in the office supply section so there was no way to test it because like I said it was bag. I looked up American thrift store return policy and product safety policy and no where on there does it say that they don't take items labeled "misc office" and also their safety policy states that all products are thoroughly tested and in safe working order but obviously that's not the case if every single item out of the 5 items purchased is in non working order. Tras: ****** terminal: 050015067-117004 The snobbish manager I spoke to when I called and heard all this non sense was ******.
