Contractor was hired to provide landscaping services for 25,000.

Contractor has been paid a total of 21,100 dollars to date, in which 18,500 was towards the 25000, the additional paid was 600 for trenching a water line and the other 2000 was for additional big giant trees.

The owner has constantly told me that he would finish by a certain date and has yet to complete the work. It has now been 5 months and everytime I ask for an update he gets confrontational. I am not sure if he under bid the job, or not. There is still a significant amount of work left and the contractor has pulled draws from the balance and still approximately 85% work left.

Mr. Kirksey, and I discussed this complaint and we came up with a resolution and my company resume work on his project. I had a $75,000 dollars B26 backhoe/tractor sabotage at his property that had to be properly investigated by insurance company before I could get replacement equipment to work with. Mr. Kirksey, said his camera was not functional when my equipment was totaled. This project was a first for me. First time to lose equipment on a project and first time to have a BBB complaint File on me as well.
