    Purchased a cryo package 350 Emslim package 350 2 GLP1 packages 400 Never received any Always on back order and offices closed for packages 1 package sold after bankruptcy that I was unaware of. Spoke with owner and was told on back order and in house packages available at a later date due to staffing issues No response since and no way of contacting

    I purchased several spa packages between *********. The office seemed to always have issues and not be open and I was only able to receive a few treatments. The last package purchased was in June 2024 and after that the office was closed off and on and I received no services for this package. I received an email that their office was permanently closed in November 2024 and that clients would be refunded for the balance on their accounts. I have yet to receive anything and just saw that the company has now filed bankrupt. They have cut off all ways to communicate with them so there is no way to contact them to receive the refund or ask any questions.

    I have several dates of transactions. My first would be Jan 2024. I purchased a package that Body Oasis was advertising for multiple sessions with their weight lose devices.I paid $850 for this. In September I purchased a package for muscle stimulation to help tighten muscles for $350.October I purchased my final package special. It used cryo therapy to freeze fat ******** addition they advised the GLP-1 medication in late October or first of November which I purchased 1 month of at $199. My first purchase i only used a few thing. Between the office being closed or my schedule and ability to get there or the office canceling my appointment, i hadn't got much treatment. I was told that the package was normally good for a year but with all the issues Jaqui had, she was going to work with all her clients. I figured i would wait until September and use it to end the year. That is why I purchased other things from her because I was hoping to have made significant process going into Jan 2025. I spoke with ***** personally via text and on the phone. She seemed very nice and I had no reason not to trust her. I, like many, don't have money to just toss away. She had several offices so I never thought she would close up shop and ignore all her client all while preparing to file bankruptcy.

    Business never provided the weight loss medication. I ask repeatedly for my money back . March 2023 until now. The business has closed. I want my money back

    I purchased several packages at this spa and the owner shut down the Tuscaloosa location, locked the doors, would not respond to calls or emails. Owner put out a statement that she would reopen a satellite office (that never happened). Now after months of me trying to make contact I have found out that she has filed bankruptcy and is closing the other location. I am out several thousand dollars. I do have documentation to support my claim; however, I just heard that I have until January 12 to file a claim, which means I have to pay for an attorney without any guarantee of getting my money back.

    May 5, 2024 I purchased a package online for $599. Body Oasis Tuscaloosa ******. The Jasper ****** is the ************ I went to one session in ********** . I attempted several times to reschedule more appointments but no one answered the phone nor returned my many messages. On September 29, 2024, I happened to scroll through ******** and there was a LIVESTREAM on so I posted for someone to please return my calls. ****** responded and said that the ***************** was closed but she was going to find a satellite. I asked for my money back since she was not able to provide me the services that I paid for in full on May 5, 2024. I sent her all my information and I have NOT received anything. She took my $599 and closed the site. I sent her another message on Oct 15, 2024 but no response. Actually the ******** Page was NOT AVAILABLE. On Oct 17, 2024 I drove to Body Oasis of Tuscaloosa 2000 ************************* and the building was EMPTY! I want my refund! I am receiving emails and texts from Body Oasis advertising more options for purchase. I have gone to her ******** page and she continues to advertise for more services. This does NOT add up. I want my refund.

    October 12th I purchased a weight loss plan, GLP1 Activator. Approximately a week later Body Oasis started sending mass texts about the products being on back order. November 1st and every day since I call the business and try to do an on line chat and have no response. On Saturday November 16th I received a mass text that stated that backorders are almost cleared up and to call the office for details. I have called multiple times and my calls always go to voice mail. I leave a message every time and no one has returned my call. I just want my money back at this point. What a terrible way to try to run a business!
