    I purchased a brand new unit in August 2023. when the man came out to give me an estimate he gave me the price and he talked highly about the rebate i was going to get. It is thru York Air Conditioners. It was $772.00. He told me i did not have to fill out anything Reliable would take care of filling it out, he said it would take 5 to 7 weeks for me to get it. They installed my air unit August 13, 2023. so i gave it till November and called Reliable, lady told me it should be soon, so i waited. February 2024. went by Reliable and lady said she did not know why, but i should get it soon and look for a check from ***********************. So, on to June 2024 still nothing. so i went back by Reliable Air and lady told me there has been a couple of people who have not recieved there checks either. but she would reach out to there Sales **** and see whats going. she did give a number to contact to check the status of it. I told here I am getting a little mad. She said now this rebate is not thru Reliable its thru ***********************. I said well You guys filled it out for me. I was assured when i signed the contract that Reliable would take care of sending in the Rebate . So i called ******* Controls and finally reached somone and they said they have no record of a rebate being sent it. They said have for me to get Reliable to contact them. So i went by Reliable Air and told the lady what they said. she said I sent it in on the computer. i asked when and she said after we installed your unit. i said do you have a record or a reference number ? she said no. i told her what *********************** said for them to reach out to them and she said .. NO! IM NOT CALLING THEM. Ill contact our **** named ****** and have him call you... so i left. Its NOVEMBER ********************************************* HEARD ANYTHING FROM RELIABLE AIR CONDITIONING... i know its a rebate thru ******* Controls but Reliable AIr has not followed up on this at all... NOT TOO IMPRESSED.
