      4 minutes ago I had them survey the property I was buying. I mailed them a check they sent the drawing to me and they ended up surveying the wrong property. I talked to them about it and the lady admitted she messed up and the owner said it would be $300 extra dollar for them to fix their mistake. The owner was very arrogant during the phone conversation and didn't care that they screwed me over.

      They came and surveyed our property and we paid them $2,500. We then found 2 ****** on our property and I called him to ask him if he had a previous survey that he went off of and asked him if it had the ****** on the previous survey because the neighbors had came to us and told us it was mapped out on a previous one. He said "No, that he didn't and he proceeded to ask me if I wanted him to ride out and look at the ****** and make sure they were in fact ******." I told him sure! NEVER did he mention there would be an additional fee.. NOT ONCE!!! I mean I had already paid him to do a survey that was $2,500!! Well his wife calls me the other day and said they had the survey ready to pick up and I half asleep, said okay. (Thinking they just used the suvery I had already paid for and they just added it to it. She said "well would you like to know how much it is?" I was like yeah I guess.She said well that will be $650!I was in shock and I just said ok and hung up.Fast forward to today....She calls be being all sweet at first..Then she said I have your survey ready to pickup, I said okay well I can't pick it up right now, I just paid 20k down on my property and it will be a little bit..Then she turns into a complete jerk and said well if you don't pick it up within a month, it will get sent to an attorney and you will have a judgment against you!!!That's when she ****** me off!I said "HE NEVER TOLD ME THERE WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL FEE!" He asked if I wanted him to come LOOK at it!! She said anytime anything is done there is a fee.. I'm sorry BUT THAT IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS!!YOU TELL THE PERSON UP FRONT, "I'LL COME LOOK, BUT THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL FEE!"I am BEYOND livid!Not only did you not tell me, you also called and threatened me with putting a judgment on me, if i didnt pick it up within a month, something you failed to even tell me I was going to be charged for?!?

      I think I can start with this company has smudged distances on a survey that has ended up with the other party taking little over an acre that I know for a fact is not theirs. I have the deed and look at GIS mapping and the map is incorrect. I own out right 250 feet on my ***********************, the map says 250 but when you use their measuring tools to measure the real distance on the map it is only ***** feet. I can only feel like this company has smudged on distances so they would match the incorrect map GIS has. very inadequate for a reliable company. The other party has gave me a 30 day notice in which only 5 days remain and I am elderly and now having to move my house because of his work done and not researching the history and adjoining land owners information
