    Booked with *******, June 21,2022 for Dec 3,22 wedding/reception for $****- 4 hrs coverage, **** edited pictures, ************************************* complimentary engagement session, usb with keepsake box (for photos,etc). Paid in full by Dec 1, 2022 via payment plan she set up. She requested $20 travel fee for engagement session b/c I didn't have time to do 5 hr round trip on a Sunday and she didn't have many slots available. On day of wedding, I had to keep calling/texting because I had not gotten in touch with her during the week. She tells me she has family ***************** person quit. She sends stand in eventually. The stand in continuously said ******* didn't give her any information so she had no idea what to do. Photos-family cut out in them, people not looking (photographer never spoke,never placed us, never said look at me,etc), I don't have one of me and my husband alone, ***************** dresses color is completely wrong. Dresses were bought in mint green, she has them blue in photos. I sent her iphone *************** bridal photo with correct color of dresses to help and also offered to hand deliver the actual bridesmaid dress to her twice which she refused. She stated she wasn't at my wedding so she was having to go off someone's else's work. (She sent my $200 refund back at end of December but I had to question her several times for it.) She told me to take my business elsewhere when I wasn't happy with them. I asked for refund of $350 and the raw pictures so I could take my business elsewhere b/c I did not want to have to purse legal council and she responded with I wasn't entitled because she held up her end of the contract.. but, I have not received my USB nor keepsake box; she won't respond to let me know if she mailed it; I have such horribly done, unprofessional pictures that I've given her several chances to fix. I've tried contacting her to let her know I haven't received them and now she has blocked me. She has not held up her end of the contract

    I'm responding in regards to the complaints that were submitted here. 

    I'm so sorry that you feel that way about your experience, I'm hoping that this reply will answer your questions and concerns.

    All booking/photo updates are sent via client portal and email. I received, reviewed and responded to all of your questions and complaints. After reviewing, I confirmed there wasn't any family members/friends cut out of any photos, and there are many different images throughout the wedding day of just you and your husband together, candid and posed. The edit requests that you submitted was completed and delivered with no additional cost to you. Do to all of the different edit requests that you submitted at different times, your USB shipment was delayed, this is so you have a copy of all edited images.

    After exhausting all of our options to make sure you're happy with your gallery, it was decided that our shooting and editing style is not to your liking considering that your complaints were directed to the shooting and editing creativity of your photographer (sun flare during golden hour in some of the engagement photos, editing style colors and all of the creative detail images of wedding decor), this is something that you accepted and was advised to review before booking our services, as every photographer has their own shooting and editing style.

    Upon you stating that you would like another photographer to edit the photos, I offered to provide you with a written and signed permission form so you can have the images edited by another professional as desired. You declined that offer and requested the RAW images plus $350 to pay another editor. The RAW files are only available to purchase at an additional cost. We are not responsible and are not contracted to hire a different professional photo editor with a different style, as that is a personal decision and is not a service that we offer.

    In response to your other statement, I can assure you that I, nor anyone with *******'s View Photography has blocked you from contacting us.

    Your USB copy has been delivered and signed for by the recipient at delivery. During your wait the images were still available to view, share and download via online gallery.

    All services, items and additional edit work orders have been completed and delivered within the contracted timeframes.

    I am rejecting this response because: I paid in full and on time for a professional and that is not what I received. The wedding decor coloring, other than the sand, was spot on, so I do not understand how mint green dresses come out blue. I wanted mint green dresses; had I wanted blue, I would have had the girls to buy blue. ******* finally even said that she was not at my wedding so therefore she was working off someone's else work; but if the young lady was a professional and trained by *******, as ******* stated; then why are we having issues with coloring? I never requested another photographer to fix my coloring until ******* told me to take my business elsewhere. How can I take my business elsewhere? The day is gone; I can't redo this wedding. These are memories that I'll never get back; I can't put these on my wall and be happy with them. My wedding pictures are horrible mainly due to the coloring AND the photographer never even spoke other than to tell us that ******* didn't tell her anything and that she had no clue what to do. So many witness to her saying that.We have so many people not looking at the camera that it's pathetic. It was a special day; people were excited. She should have counted or something, but she just snapped pictures. I didn't even receive the **** pictures either.Furthermore, ******* finished the editing back around the end of March after I asked her to fix the photos. In explanation- I first received the photos on client portal; sent her my requests to fix them; she couldn't; so I asked her again until she sent me the final editing email at the end of March, beginning of April. Then on April 12, 2023 she stated I'd be receiving the usb but did not receive that until end of May; seems it took this complaint to even get that. Yes, I can assure ******* , you did block me on your business FB page. I commented asking for my USB; someone of your business immediately deleted that comment AND blocked me because I can no longer search you and friends can. I feel ******* is very immature and has been very untruthful through this whole ordeal. I really want my coloring fixed OR partial refund with raw unedited photos so that I can take my business elsewhere and hopefully salvage memories I'll never get back because of *******. Maybe she double books herself and then chooses where to go on said date; I don't know, but these are memories I paid for in full and didn't even get subpar material back. Wedding photos are serious and need to be taken that way. We can't redo that like you can a regular 30 minute family session in her studio. I also want her to own up to her mistakes and her untruthfulness. Her wedding portfolio was actually good online and looked legit; my wedding photos do not show that.
