      ******************** AL paid for a metal roof end of April 2024 - was told 2 day job its now July 8 roof not completed metal laying all in yard months now multiple new leaks nails and screws and materials laying around everywhere. Always gonna finish up tomorrownever shows. Excuse after excuse. DO NOT HIRE HIM. Worst Business experience ever.

      I paid ********************* $28,000 for renovation of a commercial metal roof in ****, ** this spring of 2024. He gave me a 10 year warranty. It leaked as much or more than before. I tried numerous times leaving messages for ************, with no response. I had to call other roofers who all said he used the wrong (cheaper) materials designed for aluminum roofs like on mobile homes or trailers. I ended up having to re-roof the whole building because the product he put on would have had to be removed anyway. I finally reached him and asked him to refund half of the 28K and I would forget the whole thing. Of course he refused. Interestingly I was quoted 12 to 14K for renovation from the other roofers. So I paid double for a useless job. **** had done work for me previously over the years and I trusted him. It is too bad for me and wrong for him to treat someone like that. All of this has been documented and is 100% provable.

      I apologize for the inconvenience, but the roof in which I worked on wasn't leaking from what you explained to me. The cap on the wall was not part of the job nor in my contract. I spent my money trying to solve the issue. Since the last time we have spoken I have not received a message nor a phone call from you. I assumed I had it fixed. All of this is documented and provable as well.

      We paid him in April 2022 for an entire new roof, in May 2022 we called him about our roof leaking around the chimney. We texted repeatedly, are you coming today? When can you get to us? Numerous I will be there tomorrow and repeatedly not calling and not showing. He finally showed up in 3rd week of October: 7 months later. He told us caulk melted and ran, but it was fixed and he just needed to come back and counter-flash. When you will be back to do that? As soon as I get caught up! Couple weeks maybe. I texted 2 weeks later. Will you be coming by soon? He said, I am gonna try to get there today. A week later, I sent him another text: When are you coming by to finish my roof? He said: He was doing me a favor; that my chimney didnt need the counter-flashing and he didnt charge me for (but he did). He said my roof was finished. So, I thought if the roof is done than Im done fighting to get him to come out. I have been fighting with him since the 3rd week of May and we are now in November. First week of December I am sweeping my covered porch while raining outside. I go to the back side where the chimney is and my roof is leaking. This is the exact same spot that it was leaking. $13,000.00 later and my roof is not only leaking in the same original spot but even two more locations as this story unfolds. I text *******************, Roof is leaking and I dont trust you to fix it. I want you to pay for me to get my roof repaired. He said: If it is leaking, I need to get out there right away and fix it! I said, I dont trust you, your word, or your work. I want you to pay for some one to fix my roof. He said: I am good to my word. I can fix this. If you let me come over tomorrow, I promise I will take care of it. I said, Fine. See you tomorrow. He never showed, and never called. At 7:00pm, I texted No call, no show. Again. 2 roofers said: cricket not done right. My roof still isnt fixed, and I have 2 more leaks. From inside the attic, I can see the ********* to say, but
