    I checked into this hotel at 7:30pm on 11/11/22. Upon check in, the reservation was incorrect and we didnt even get our correct room that we booked for. I booked for a junior suite and got a regular room and was charged the same price as the junior suite for a regular room. Then our key didnt work on the door. Later in the night when we went back to tell the front desk about the key, the front desk manager didnt fix the problem the first time. Then I asked him about moving us to another room and he told us he didnt have any. Then I asked him if he could move us to a double bed because he said that was the only thing they have. Instead of him helping us or fixing the issue, he told us to quit coming down there to try to get our key to work and came down to let us in our room and told us to hurry up and get our stuff and to check out because he wanted to go to sleep and that he was trying to sleep. Thats rude and bad customer service and I wouldnt recommend anybody to stay here. Then the motel also had roaches in the mini fridge that was in there and he didnt even bother to apologize for the problem.

    I would like to apologize for failing to exceed ************************* expectations. Our customers satisfaction is always important to us and we will be using the feedback she provided to make improvements to ensure we offer an exceptional experience for our guests in the future.

    The customer was unfortunately mistaken at their check in. When they booked their room online under her boyfriends name they reserved a smoking single bedded room. The price difference is about $50 from the suite which the guest was unwilling to pay. I've attached their reservation as a reference on their booking of the single room. Our door locks were recently all replaced from the sliding door locks to the more reliable **** lock system. The customer was unfamiliar to it, and was using it backwards instead of on the **** portion of the card to lock. Our checkout is at 11am. We do have regular pest control services from Orkin Pest Control and upon visual inspection of the mini fridge we did not find any but was sprayed anyways. Unfortunatly the customer being already upset about the room type we were unable to appease her during her stay.

    We do try to provide our customers with a superior experience.
