    On October 17th we ordered a water pump for a tractor that we currently have down. We have yet to be given a tracking number or any type of communication regarding the $230 we have spent . The phone goes right to a busy signal and nobody will respond to an email. Now almost 3 weeks later we still have no part and no communication.     On October 11 i ordered a water pump for my tractor. I received confirmation from Best Farm Parts on the 12th. I have received nothing from them since, not even a response to the 3 emails I have sent between then and now. The phone number they show is always busy.     I ordered 2 glow plugs from their website, I waited 4 days and checked the tracking, all it says is it was shipped **** on 3/19, I emailed asking status and I got an email back from a ****** saying Id have an answer that afternoon. 2 weeks and still no answer, I have emailed several time since with no response. I have called the number on the website and all I get is a message to leave a voicemail. I know that I am not going to get this order at this point, I wish I had seen this BBB complaints before I ordered because I am not the only one. How is this business still able to operate with so many of the same issues, orders being charged and no delivery? Please contact this company and get me a refund or my part.

    On May 22, 2022 we ordered $370.39 worth of parts from their website. When order had not been received a couple weeks later I checked order status on their website, it said they could not deliver to a PO box. No one had contacted us to seek an alternative shipping address. I emailed the company to supply an alternative address. I also called and got a generic voicemail greeting and left a message. Neither email or call were returned. It is now October and the company has not relied to repeated calls or emails and we still don't have our parts.

    I placed an order for a hydraulic pump. Sent an email a few days later asking about the status and received no response. I called the number listed on the website multiple times and each time it went to a voicemail. I am unable to get in contact with this company and they have charged my credit card but have not shipped the product or provided any information. The order still says "processing".

    I ordered a starter on Saturday and I never received confirmation that it shipped I tried to call the place numerous time but no answe and I emailed them twice no answer they took the money out of my account and I have never received confirmation that the part shipped these people are impossible to get ahold of
