    They didn&#**;t return money of labor they didn&#**;t perform of $700.00. They overcharged for 2 air conditioners and lumber at $1100.00. I tried calling them until they ghosted me. I&#**;ve got text messages asking why they kept my money.

    C-They didn't return money of labor they didn't perform of $700.00
    R- We gave her a detailed formal estimate via sms text message in which she wanted revised and we obliged with no issues. We came to an agreement via sms text message. 


    C-They overcharged for 2 air conditioners and lumber at $1100.00. 
    R- We did not overcharge her. We only charged her the amount that we agreed upon in our estimate sent via sms text. 



    C- I tried calling them until they ghosted me. I've got text messages asking why they kept my money.
    R- Upon completion of the projects when it was time to pay she acted surprised about the final bill and I had to remind of everything we discussed in our estimate (that we revised 2 times) to which she still acted surprised but she paid us anyways. 
    A few days later she starts to call and message me complaining that we charged her to much, that the job simply wasnt worth what we charged, she never complained about the quality of our work, nor did she complain about misunderstanding. She only ever argued her opinion of how much it shouldnt have costed. 
    So to please her I asked if I could give her back all of her money in the name of good customer service and she said no, thats not necessary so I offered her $200 in which she agreed was good. 
    Then a few weeks later she starts calling and texting again and complaining about the very same thing and finally I blocked her number from my personal cell (not the business phone) because at this point I was being badgered. And thats why she said that I ghosted her 


    We love our customers and quality is our number one goal but it comes with a price. And because of that, we always give estimates and make sure that its in writing weather it be on paper or via sms, email or something of that nature to insure we are covered in case we have customers like this. 
    We have been in business for over 3 years now and this is the first time that weve had a complaint. And it really blows my mind because we have everything in writing.
