    0 STARS - VETERANS BEWARE!!! I was referred to this office by the ************************ as I am a 100% Disabled Veteran. I subsequently scheduled an appointment for my son and husband as they accepted our insurance. Paid our co-pays at the time of visit, mine required no co-pay, but I paid extra for a flouride treatment for myself (which the VA facility provided free of charge). Having Lupus, I had a mouth full of cavities and issues that needed attending to. I waited months for a treatment plan to be sent to the **, which none was ever provided to. Then 6 months later, I received notification via text about our scheduled appointments....which no one ever consulted to schedule with me. Seeing as a treatment plan was never provided to the VA, I called immediately to cancel the appointments. Then an individual called back to check and see what dentist I was using instead so she could refer VA patients to them...instead of doing the work and providing the required treatment plans. Then months later, I begin receiving a bill in the amount of $74 showing over 90 days past due. I provided a letter explaining that I owed nothing as I had provided all that was required on my part. Today, I received yet another bill. I will be reporting this business to the VA in hopes they will no longer refer patients to this facility. I DO NOT OWE ANY MONEY AS YOU DIDN'T DO YOUR JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE!
