    ****** the owner has no customer service skills and the lack of professionalism is unreal. Over charged for a cake she changed the last minute. Made me pay for 3 tier gave me a 2 tier, said she was delivering to our venue- I called 2 hrs before to ask when she was coming to find out she wasn't delivering, but not from her she never got on the phone she made her employee. Even her employee said the cake was bad, she saud well its a hit and a miss. Sometimes she makes good cakes and sometimes she don't. Very telling when your workers say something like that No apology was ever given. When I did get a hold of her she yelled at me that I wasn't getting a refund when I hadn't even asked for ************* wasn't good, threw most of it away. She owes me money for not doing what she said she was going to do, told me I would have to go to her shop to get it. When she could have given it to my husband when he picked up the cake. Horrible experience, please do not waste your time or money at this establishment.
