    Installed gutters on my home. A few days later when it rained all the gutters were over flowing. The slope was not going toward the down spout. I contacted them and the owner **** sent someone out to fix it. The next time it rained it did the exact same thing. I contacted them again. He came out and put a ton of clear goop all over the gutters that looked horrible. The next rain they still leaked and over flowed. I contacted him again. He said multiple times that he was coming out to fix it but never did then he blocked me from messaging him. After writing a review on their ******** page. The office manager commented with personal attacks about my looks, weight, dental work, parenting and commented that I lied about receiving a refund. I felt that I needed to prove that I was telling the truth so others didn't get taken advantage of so I posted screen shots of the conversation where he said he would issue a full refund but only sent me 1/3 of what I paid. Then the Office Manager *** ***** continued to attack me personally in the comments of the review section of their ******** page. I received $1000 refund when I paid $2800 for the gutter install. I had to pay another company to come out and completly replace the gutters they installed. I got 3 quotes and they all said that they had to be replaced because of the way they were put up.
