    I've had Redline service my generator for the past two years. In October a technician said we needed a new battery and would return with one sometime soon. Six weeks later I called and spoke with ***** the owner he told me he was going out if state and he would come out to me ten days later.on the day ***** said he scheduled me I contacted him at 3pm and asked him if he was still coming, he replied that "No not today" I told him I wasn't happy with the way he ran he's business, he then called me and verbally abused me with words I can't put on here, he accused ME of being rude yet I have all the texts to prove him wrong, after he had ranted and verbally finished with hes abuse he said he would return my $175 and didn't want me as a customer any more.He has blocked my telephone number so I have no way of communicating with him, he has returned my $175 which is no surprise.I have since found a new company who came out on the day they scheduled and duly changed my battery.
