    i paidn them ******* on 8-15-23 to come do some land surveying on 2 parcel of land that i own and i never received no boundary stakes or no paperwork from them.and i keep getting excuses that he has to go do different jobs or go to doctor appointments. So i would like to get my money returned. So i can hire another surveyor to get the job done without getting the run around. land surveryor was **** ********

    The original contracted work mounted to $4800. We requested a $1900 retainer for this work. The original work was for two parcels of land one was 4 acres. The other was 8 acres.

    we surveyed the 4 acres tract of land and communicated with the client regarding the results of that survey. The client was not satisfied with the results of the survey and wanted it to be different. Cannot be done by a surveyor. We have to rely on the recorded information and the monument that we find on the property. we sent an email to the client explaining this to him.

    In that email we also explained that the 8 acre tracked needed much more work and lots more research. Our surveyor ****, who is doing the work in **** at that time sustained a back injury around that time and never return to work with our company. Therefore, we did not follow up on the additional 8 acres.

    We can provide the work that was completed on the 4 acre tract of land. Work would have built out much more than $1900 therefore we are willing to accept that amount as total payment for the work that was done for the client. We will not bill any additional time for the work that was spent on the 8 acre survey we are not willing to change anything that was done or found on the 4 acre survey, as it is correct.

    Good morning, Mont!

    Regarding your 4.47 acre parcel near your house. I have verified that the corners that were set and the fences that were built are correct and consistent with the original subdivision boundary. The southwest property corner is 1 1/2 " South of the South side of the steel fence post, a rebar could not be set as it lands in the concrete base of the post. The rebar at the southeast corner is correct so the fence line can be run between those two points. Also, I did confirm that the 66' strip of land contains 0.82 acres, the parcel you have is 4.47 acres.

    Regarding your 8.2 acre parcel at ************. This is a bit more complicated and I will need to do some additional research, calculations, and possibly contact the county surveyor and discuss matters to determine your boundary. This will take some time, I should have a game plan to return by next week. Please feel free to call with any questions.

    I am rejecting this response because: there was no stakes set.on my property lines at all there was no surveying even done on either property I want my deposit of ******* back because they never did there service like I was told they would do now I have to go hire another surveyor to do there job. And they would always have an excuse why they couldnt come out and do the job that I was told they would do. To me that is very poor customer service. Cause when we do business with somebody gotta be 100 percent granteed that the job is done right and the customer is a 100 percent satisfied

    I never received email stating that about my property I told him I wanted corner stakes set on all 4 corners of my property (that never got done) the time limit he said he would get it finished in . He was way over his Deadline line to finish it in way over the Deadline. And when he did show up for the 5 minutes he did he would just sit in his truck and do nothing I never got no paperwork on anything he did  no stakes on property corners nothing so I feel that my time is very valuable and is very expensive for him to be wasting and trying to scam me if I have to I will take them to court and I will send them a bill for my time to do so
