    I purchased rifle ammunition from ************* on October 9, 2020. I still have not received the merchandise after more than two years of waiting. I have attempted contacting them in the past to get an update. Sometimes it take weeks to get a response and sometimes they don't respond at all. They have sent an email with excuses ranging from supply chain issues to disgruntled employee forwarding and not answering emails or calls but never an estimate delivery date. I recently contacted them on November 11, 2022 by phone to which I left a voicemail and email to which there has been no response. Right now, I just want to move forward with this. I would like a full refund to my order to the amount of $392.20. My order number: *****

    Ammo, I purchased 2000 round of 9mm remanufactured for $528.44 on November 6, 2020. I have emailed numerous times, but have not had a communication since Feb 2022. I would like a refund of $528.44 because of order still on backorder.

    I purchased a thousand rounds from good to go January of 21 I was told 8 to 12 weeks lead time which I was fine with 12 months went by tried to contact them multiple times was completely ignored then was finally contacted told I was in the next batch of shipments to go out the next month but never happend they eventually sent partial order all phonecalls have been ignored emails filled with excuses from disgruntled employees to the owner having to refinance their house t process refund

    Over a year ago I ordered **** rounds of ammo from GTG. I have not received anything but excuses. Everything from out of stock to my CS girl had all company calls forwarded to her personal phone and didn't answer them. I have well over a dozen emails with no results. 8 to 12 weeks was the promised lead time. I am ready to file wire fraud charges at this point.

    I placed and paid for my order for ammunition on January 8, 2021. The order number is *****. I have called the company many times, the phone is not answered and I left numerous messages and have gotten no reply. I have contacted the company by email and they do not respond. I would like to receive my product.

    I placed Order# ***** on February 5, 2021 for items that were on backorder. The initial wait time given was 12 weeks. It has now been over 1 year, and only one out of the 3 items have been delivered (the .40 S&W ammo). I have been very patient but now my emails for status updates are being ignored. Furthermore, the owner is on Google Reviews making comments about filing for Bankruptcy and causing customers to lose out on our hard earned money. Because of the lack of communication and the threat of potential bankruptcy, I can no longer trust that my order will be fulfilled. I would like the remaining items cancelled and a refund in the amount of $400.92 which is what I paid for the other 2 items in my order. I have attached proof of my order, proof of emails sent to the company (the last 3 have gone unanswered), and proof of the owner making comments about filing bankruptcy.

    The response has always been supply chain issues. I was scheduled to receive 2 million small pistol and 2 million small rifle primers in April. I still have not received them. I just purchased 100,000 small pistol primers for delivery next week. I am not planning on filing for bankruptcy. I have promised that everyone will get the ammunition they ordered at the price they paid for it. I am making bullets when I get the supplies. I will get the remainder of. Your ammo out in the next two weeks.

    I am rejecting this response because if supply-chain issues are so bad, the simple solution is just to refund my money in the amount of $400.92 — especially since a response to another customer on Google Reviews indicates that the cost of making the ammo now exceeds what was originally paid. Why not save money by cancelling and refunding my remaining items? I understand that the BBB is not a mediator, so I’ll wait the 2 weeks from the date of the owner’s response to see if the rest of my ammo is actually shipped and, if not, I’ll seek remedy through the courts.
