My wife and I went to the Minor League baseball team Trash Pandas baseball game on 08-13-23. As i was walking past the ********************** of ********** table their rescue dog Woodstock lunged out into the crowd and bit my knee and shorts. I yelled, "Hey" at the two girls at the table who were negligent and not doing their jobs. I stopped by the table on my way back from the bathroom and the girls, Woodstock and their information were gone. I received a small scratch and minor damage to my shorts. I made contact with a ******* from the Trash Pandas management, and she advised me she already talked to the ********************************* about the nip I received. I told her immediately it was a bite and not to try to downplay the incident because of their negligence. I also advised her they should not allow animals such as a Rescue dog at their venues with hundreds of people and the extreme weather conditions as the Heat Index was 110 degrees. I told her they need to vet their vendors in the future. Her disinterested attitude towards me was pretty pathetic as she did not even offer an apology. There were children from approximate 4 years and older walking by that table and what if Woodstock would have gone after a child. Let's not wait until a tragedy happens as it appears The Trash Pandas have no common sense let alone any integrity. The Trash Pandas should be held accountable and make them vet their vendors as well as have a safety plan for its patrons. I wasn't going to file a complaint, but ********* unconcerned attitude shows that the Trash Pandas only care about a profit and not their patrons.

    Business Response

    Date: 08/29/2023

The Trash Pandas receptionist received a phone call on Monday morning from **************** about a dog bite, and I was handed the message and returned the phone call.  When I spoke with ****************, he expressed concern about ****************** bringing the dog to the ballpark that day.  I assured him that I spoke with the ************** and our contact person was reaching out to the women on site to make sure we had the full story.  You can see email correspondence attached here.  The Trash Pandas took corrective measures based on our conversation.  Since that occurrence, the ************** has not brought another adoptable dog to the ballpark.  We have run this as a video promotion with photos of each adoptable dog for fans to see.

In terms of compensation - Being that the game was postponed, ****************** parking has been fully refunded through the CLUTCH!App.  His game tickets are also able to be redeemed for another game this season, which at the time was 12 games to choose from, now there are 6 opportunities remaining.

I was very appreciative of the phone call we received from **************** and thanked him for bringing this to our attention.  He seemed pleased at the end of our conversation and content with the information I had given him.   I was personally shocked to see this message come through my inbox today.  Fan experience and satisfaction is something we take very seriously, and even speak to in our Company Mission Statement.  My sincere apologies for the perception of my response to *****************

I welcome you to please reach out to me with any further questions or concerns regarding this matter.

    Thank you,
    *******

I am rejecting this response because: She can tell you all the things she said and as you can see from her response still hasn't offered an apology. Have no idea what a Clutch App is which means I will have to jump through hoops and put another wasted app on my phone. A bunch of talking, with no sense of remorse and the minutest compensation that I have to jump through hoops. It is obvious that customer service is the least of their priorities and nickel and diming patrons just shows their lack of integrity. Maybe I should have just gone to the ********** ********** and then they would actually care because they would be forced to do damage control and be forced to have public relations with patrons. All about the money instead of accepting responsibility for their negligence.

    Sincerely,

    ***********************

Attended venue on June 20, paid 10 dollar parking, $17 plus tax and fees for 2 tickets, (total $39.88) ,sat while game was postponed for 30 minutes, only to learn game was postponed until following thursday. The game was postponed due to field conditions, not inclement weather, accordingly, the postponement was the fault of managements failure to maintain, or protect the field. The weather was beautiful at game time. In this instance , I feel that I am entitled to a full refund of ticket prices, plus tax and fees, as well as the parking fee. Total of $49.88. Official policy is to exchange tickets for a future game; however, I am traveling through the area, and I have no prospects of returning this year for a make up game. *****************.
