    I purchased windows and exterior doors for my new construction home from 84 Lumber. A number of the windows showed up incorrect or damaged. Two of the doors had defects in them. 84 has had 7 months to remedy these issues and I still have outstanding problems. They will not answer my questions about when I can expect the materials to correct these issues to be delivered, and in the event they ********** materials they have refused to provide the labor to correct them. My house is currently sitting, waiting on a window with broken glass to get repaired. This glass was ordered on 2/19 and they cannot or will not give me a date of delivery. I had a door with blinds in the glass that deformed. They replaced the insert but the new insert is not level. Totally unacceptable service and work performed by this company. I wish I had spent extra money to go to Wilsons Lumber where they care about their customers.
