    On February 13, I washed my vehicle at this facility. The vehicle came out with heavy machinery grease slung around the entire truck but primarily the passenger side. I let the workers know immediately and was refunded the price of the car wash ($25). I returned a day later to address the damage with the manager. He disclosed that the incident happened due to over servicing the mechanisms of the wash and showed me the video of the damage as it happened. There was a scuff that resulted from the grease and pad creating friction. I got quotes to decontaminate the paint and repair the scuff at the managers request. Once I gave them the estimates, the owner refused to fix my car. Claimed that their sign absolved them from the negligence of their machinery. I made multiple attempts to have them reconsider and was completely ignored by *******************************

    I left a ****** review and the customer service replied but are still of the opinion they did not damage my vehicle. *** made it clear that they scuffed the fender and not scratched it. There is a difference and the company has gotten all the facts wrong. The staff and manager on site admitted and apologized to me for the damage on multiple times that I went to the business attempting to drop off documents and get a response from the owner. The same owner whos email got every piece of the events wrong and has not answered any of the emails.
