    Took my car here for an oil change and to check the source of the refill coolantlight that kept popping on. I was told that I needed a new radiator hose. I paid for the hose and oil change totaling nearly $700. I had to return twice after leaving and traveling less than a mile because the refill coolant light kept turning on. I watched the manager top off my radiator with coolant at least 4 times before I left and drove less than two miles ********** there was a puddle of coolant on my concrete pictured below. We returned the car and after 30 mins and 5-6 technicians crowding my car so that we could not see, we were called to witness a small hole that was spraying coolant out of the front of the car. It was spraying in such an obvious way that it couldnt have been missed in the ******************************************************************************************* an area where the max speed limit is 45 mph a rock just so happened to puncture right through my radiator and I would need a new one. He couldnt explain the coincidence nor that fact that the video/pictures and what he showed us didnt match up. I have a BMW430i and I should have known better but I didnt deserve to have a hole poked into my radiator We are attempting to file a police report because we believe this to be fraudulent criminal activity.

    7/23/2024 I purchased Firestone tires back on 8/26/2022, the tires had a ****** mile warranty ( only used ****** miles of the warranty). According to records provided by Firestone I had my tires rotated by the company 4 times. During those four services, Firestone never mentioned that there was a problem with my tires. On the fifth visit, they informed me that my tires are bad and that they would give me $200 discount on the next set of tires. However, I due to the lack of trust I could not invest another ******** dollars on tires through this company. The two hundred dollars was a discount based on what was left on the warranty as they explained to me. I would like to request the $200 value they stated to me as a cash settlement or on a **** card. I was never given a warning that my tires were wearing improperly. I trusted the workers to inform me of any problems they never said anything until my tires were bad.
