    Good day, I shipped two boxes of fragile items from the *** store located on County Line Rd to my sister in ******. I insured the packages for $250. The items in the package were porcelain buildings for a Christmas Village, and I had the heirloom and village for over 15 years. Both packages arrived at her address. Contents in one of the packages were severely damaged. She took photos and sent them to me. I called the *** store to inform them of the issue and the only person that completes the claims allegedly initiated it without my knowledge. I went to the *** store to file the claim (not knowing it was allegedly initiated) and was told that it was initiated and that I just needed photos and someone would be in contact with me. I emailed the photos to the *** store and no one replied or provided any updates. I called the *** store for an update and was told four days in a row that she wasnt available and there was no one else to help. I called *** customer service and they indicated a claim was never initiated and someone marked the package as returned but there was no return completed nor documentation of this alleged return. I created a complain via *** customer service but havent received a response. Ive been told theres no other managers to help me nor no one else to complete the claim.Shipment date: 6 October 2022 Tracking number: 1Z976Y040390172214

    11-18-22 Company called BBB to say, they just received the BBB complaint letter today, 11-18-22. The claim was created with *** when the consumer called to report the damage. Company said they have imitated a claim and will call consumer to follow up.
