We had a large scale project that provided a few surprises, and ******* handled them like the pro that he is. He communicated with us throughout the process and provided creative solutions for us. 5 starsFulgenzi did an excellent job tiling my shower. It really turned out better than I had hoped. He also corrected the problems that the previous contractor had made. I'm glad to know that not only does my shower look good, but it won't leak into the floor or get moldy walls. I'm very satisfied.Review fromEmily

We used Fulgenzi Renovations to do a total master bathroom remodel. The finished product is beautiful and represents quality workmanship. ******* is excellent at communication and is very professional. We felt very comfortable when he was in our home each day. I hired Fulgenzi Renovations to remodel two bathrooms. The upfront quote and work detail was well defined and priced reasonably for the labor. The contractor informed what items would be at cost in addition to the work quote; materials, tiles, lumber, fixtures, supplies etc.; and helped with list of items required for me to obtain in advance. All materials obtained by contractor were noted in advance and documented with full receipts so there were no financial surprises. The contractor, in a very busy period, kept us informed of his schedule and when our project would fit in so we could plan our tasks accordingly. The work itself was high quality. The contractor kept the work site orderly, exceptionally clean (took all construction trash away to land fill timely) and also kept a steady work schedule. Both bathrooms required extensive tear down and rebuild. The contractor quickly finished the guest bathroom so we could use while the master was worked on. The work included drywall over the popcorn ceiling for both, moving electrical, pipe and plumbing fixtures, and removing two closets and a wall for the main bathroom. The contractor was adept at all phases of construction; demolition, design, carpentry, dry wall, electrical, plumbing, and of course tile work and brought in minimal outside help to assist. The only aspect not covered was paint. I did that myself but coordinated well with contractor so I could prime and paint at opportune times during the construction. The contractor offered many valuable suggestions to improve the final product during the course of project. We ended up with two bathrooms that more than met our expectations, roomier, with excellent custom niches in both, new ceiling nice crown moulding in addition to excellent tile work on floor and shower/bath. This construction adds great value to our newly bought house. I would highly recommend Fulgenzi Renovations for similar projects.Fulgenzi Renovations Inc.

I had a very positive experience with this Company after a total disaster with another company on my small Bathroom Renovation. ****** was professional, timely, and flexible. His workmanship and attention to detail was impeccable. The price was fair and the best part we did all phone call purchases for material which saved lots of time. The bathroom turned out exactly what I envisioned. I would highly recommend this Company. ****** has brought back the trust I lost with renovation companies.
