    I purchased my grounding sheets from Grounding Official website in Feb 2025. I received them, decided to return them, unopened. Contacted the company via email, was told to send pictures of my return, which I did. Then got the return label in the mail. I sent them back, within the 90 time frame. Now after multiple emails and requests, all I get back is we are working on it. It has now been 6 months, and this company has my sheets back and my $159. I need help getting my refund.

    Contacted this business numerous times by email and telephone and have not received a resolution to my issue. On their website it states that if you to return an item to contact them and they will send you a shipping label they tell me that they cannot send me a shipping label and that I must pay to return the item and it must be within a 90 day window. And it is still within a 90 day window but they keep stalling and not responding. They still refuse to send a shipping label and tell me I must ship the item back to ******* and pay for it. I dont understand why they would claim on their website that they would send you a shipping label and then refuse.

    I initiated a return/refund with grounding official in March for two full-size brand new, unopened sheets. They provided me with a return label which they stated that I would have to pay $15 for. I agreed and returned the sheets back to them. They acknowledged the return of the sheets and acknowledged in various emails, a refund would be issued-for the sheets returned. I have proof of the delivery and all the email correspondence which I attached. As of today June 4, nearly 3 months later. I still have yet to be refunded and keep getting the same generic email from them saying that theyve escalated my refund to their finance department. Ive tried to reach them on the phone. They are now stating that they have no phone support. I have left several messages and have tried to work this out with them to no avail. I have a feeling they are not a legitimate company. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I cannot get a refund for sheets that will shock you if using a phone or other device hole in bed on sheets.

    ORDER #****** for 8 grounding sheets totaling $467.94 USD early Feb 2025 went through. Even though I canceled the order the same day of this transaction, grounding official told me the sheets had already been shipped. Ok. So you see the box of 8 unopened sheets attached. And the receipt that I returned the products to them. And the tracking information they received the products. They state a 100% money back guarantee - no questions asked on all their social **************** So the issue is that they then ignored me. And my phone ************** & order number does not register on their website. And then after submitting this appeal for refund that obviously isnt coming due to fraud - which is keeping money that should be returned & was promised to a customer - I receive this email: Hi *******,We apologize for the delay in refunding your order.The delay in processing your refund is due to an unexpected system problem that we are currently working to resolve. Our team is doing everything possible to expedite this process and ensure that your refund is issued as soon as possible.We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience. Rest assured, your refund is our top *********** refund has been issued. And then I see they are closing their ************** are advertising a 2 for 1 sale. See picture of their Instagram attached. So, the issue (which has been disputed with ******************** is that they are literally selling the unopened sheets I returned for a profit & HAVE NOT reimbursed me. And this is illegal. So, I would be ever so grateful if you could assist me in reminding me that if they advertise a 100% money back guarantee within 90 days of receiving their product. And I spend over $60 to mail the unused unopened products back to them. And I dont care if they are closing their company down due to tariffs. The products were returned March 17th. And its May 19th. Pls assist me.

    On 4/24, I placed an order with Grounding Official but immediately canceled it the same day. The company confirmed cancellation and stated my refund was being processed. However, nearly a month later, I still haven't received my refund.I've reached out to the company multiple times with no resolution. I'm extremely dissatisfied with their lack of follow-through on this issue.I'm requesting assistance from the Better Business Bureau in resolving this matter and receiving my refund as soon as possible please!

    Purchased two mats in December 2024= Three days later I sent multiple emails to return the unopened mats. Two weeks later and no response. I sent an additional email and a week later still no response. I left a bad review on ******** and I finally got a email with a return label. It's been over two weeks since they received the return and I don't have the refund and they are not responding to the email I sent to inquire about the refund

    I bought a grounding sheet from them. I wanted a to return it because my dog wouldn't stop trying to get it out of the box. I feared she would tear it up if I put it on the bed. I contacted the company saying I needed to return it. According to their return policy I could return it within 90 days for any reason and they would send me a return label. When I contacted them to return it, they said that was wrong and I had to pay to return it. In another email they said there website hadn't been updated and the free return was no longer correct for anything except if you cancelled the order but it was still delivered. I have gone back and forth with them with no resolution. I am taking it to mail it back on my dime, which I should never have to do ******* is costing me $16.85 to send it back.
