    Moved a moved on the 12 of may. Had to reschedule a couple of times after buyers sale of his home was pushed back. Eventually got the the ok to close and move. Scheduled move for the 30th. Was notified on 5/25 thats buyers financing fell through. I called to let them know I wouldnt be needing the move because of that. He said that was still out of the $200.00. This is no fault of my own. And they are still keeping the money?

    Hi *******, 

    Thank you for reaching out. We understand that the home buying process can be frustrating, which is why we waived the rescheduling fee outlined in the terms of service twice for you. You originally scheduled your move for May 12th and then called on May 11th to reschedule for May 19th. Per our terms of service, that should have incurred a fee, which we waived for you. The move was then rescheduled again on May 17th to to a new date of May 30th. We again waived the rescheduling fee. Those rescheduling fees would have each been 10% of your quoted price, totaling $497.40 that we waived. When you cancelled, the cancellation fee outlined in the Terms of Service is 20% of your quoted move, again coming to $497.4, meaning the total fees outlined in the Terms of Service came to $994.80 for rescheduling and cancelling. In total, waived nearly 80% of the total rescheduling and cancellation fees. Again, we do understand that the home buying process can be unpredictable and difficult, which is why we did work to waive as many of the applicable fees as we could.

    There is no resolution. This company has taught me not to truck moving company's.
