      I pay for monthly internet service, and for the past 3 months I have not been receiving the service that I pay for. My service is always intermitted, and in the evenings no service at all. The company checked it out and stated that is was either my router or line. Had and in-depended individual check my lines and router and was informed that there is no problem with my router or my line. However, informed that the internet speed and shutoffs are controlled by the company, and that's where the problems lye. When I am off from work Sometimes my internet service is fine, sometimes it goes in and out, But in the evening its like someone is turning the internet on and off like a light switch. Just want the service that I pay for monthly.

      BBB,

      We apologize for the service disruption. The service we provide at this complex is unusual in that we originally had a bulk contract with the apartment complex to provide service for everyone. There are several issues such as power outside of our control, but we do recognize your issue and we are working to resolve any intermittent reliability issues. We have ordered an increase in bandwidth from the wholesale fiber provider and we have asked for this to be expedited. We are working diligently to solve this issue. If you will respond with your email address and home address we are happy to issue a credit.
