    I ordered a game online on November 20th. I had to email them on Nov ****************************************************************************** the product. To this day Dic ************************************************ a shipping number and wasn't working. When I asked about the refund policy they were rude and told me I was manipulating everything. And I told them if I ever receive the product I need to know their policy. This is not a lot of money, but they don't even have a phone number or address on their website. I feel like this is a scam and this is the note they have on their website " Shipment will arrive within 7 business days in *****************. For the worldwide orders, shipment is between 8 to 9 business days" It has been almost 30 days for me.

    Placed an order for 1 blanket on August 27, 2024 from an ad off of social media for this company.Did not receive an update for over a month so I emailed on Oct 12, 2024 to get an update on my product's *********** is October 24, 2024 and I still have 0 updates and no blanket.

    I sent the email address and their site said only the city and state. I cannot find anything else on them, they wont give me any information
