I visited ******* (hwy 72 Weat) on 4-Jan-2025 with flu like symptoms. ****** provided me with medication and I took all meds provided. The sickness persisted and I returned to ******* on 27-Jan-2025. I was swabbed in the nose and throat and sent for a chest x-ray. I was informed by **************************** my results would be provided to ******* in ***** hours. After not hearing back from ****** I called on Wednesday29-Jan 2025. All calls were going directly to answering machine. On the 29th and 30th I left 4 messages and never received a call back. Finally on the 30th someone answered the phone when I had to call back not them returning my call. I was informed the nurse practitioner was busy and would call me back asap. Never got that call on the 30th. I called back on the 31st and was told the ** would call me when she was finished with her patient (11:00am). No call back so I called at 5:33 pmthey were set to close at 6:00. The girl at the front desk proceeded to put me on hold to go talk to the *** She came back to the phone and told me the ** was too busy closing out her charts for the day and did not have time to talk to me. I was not happy because I was very worried about my lung scan, and really wanted the results. She went back and talked to the ** when she came back to the phone I was told, the ** said if there was anything seriously wrong I would have received a call already.This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I am very upset that I may have pneumonia, and this is nothing to mess around with. First and foremost, I would like to apologize for the experience that was had at our clinic. The day the patient came into our office the x-ray machine was down, given the out of normal circumstance of x-ray machine being down. The patient was given an order form to have x-ray performed at an outside facility. We received the report of the x-ray on 1/30/2025 at 3:51pm. The staff was addressed and educated on proper response time. If x-ray was critical the clinic would have been made aware by the reading radiologist STAT, and the patient would have been contacted immediately. We also have other options for patients to contact us via email, portal and website chat options.Initial Complaint

Beginning of January 2023, I purchased a prescription prescribed by ******************************* called Semiglutide. I paid $500 for it, as was noted in the attached prescription document. When I placed the order, I was told that each batch cost $113 and that they could not send me the whole thing at once as the injection needed to be done weekly. I was okay with that, and they held on to the remaining $387. As I was getting ready to place my second order, I was told by ************************ nurse to increase the dosage to **** mg, which is 3 times what I was initially prescribed .25mg. I advised the nurse that I didnt need to increase the dosage because I had lost weight and was doing great with my diet. The first week of injection of the 2nd dosage, I increased the dosage to .30mg. Three days later, I end up in the ** because I didnt feel well. I was diagnosed with Rhabdomyolysis the doctor at the ** advised that I stop the Semiglutide. Therefore, since I will no longer use it, I have called QC wellness to advise ******************** nurse of what had happened and requested a refund of $274 of the remaining credit I had. I have called multiple and left multiple messages with the nurse, but they never called me back and each time I go there, they find an excuse not to provide the refund. I didnt want to stop going to QC, I was hoping to get a different plan from ********************, but this has been very frustrating because the nurse will not even call me back at all. So, its obvious its about they have no desire to provide that refund of $274 and that they would rather lose me as a customer, which is very sad thinking about it. As a resolution, I just need the remaining about of $274 that I have not used. Hope BBB will have me with this matter.Business Response

3-9-2023On 1/2/2023 ********************* purchased Semaglutide from ** and paid $500 (cost of a $5*************). The patient actually needed a 1mL vial which only costs $125, therefore she was credited $375 onto her account to use for further orders.
On 1/27/2023 ********************* ordered another vial of Semaglutide from us for $125. At the time of purchase, $125 of her $375 credit was used. After this use, she then had a credit total of $250 left.On 2/28/2023, our billing department called and spoke with ********************* regarding the status of her refund. At that time she was informed the check could take up to two weeks to be mailed. We have the check made, however ******************** has not been in the offfice to sign it yet. He works full time at *******************, therefore he is at ********* limited hours.******************** is scheduled to be here Tuesday 3/14/2023. At that time, he will sign the check and we will mail it that day as well.
