      I bought the house in Dec 2023 with Window World Windows installed. They weren't installed correctly at all. Drafty and chaulked to my vinyl, where if it had failed I would have had more than drafty cold windows. I of course, did not own the warranty but Window World of Huntsville really pulled through for me. I now own the warranty and have 15 brand new windows at a fraction of the cost because these people really wanted me fixed up on their mistake. They came in said "Yes I don't like how it looks, it was installed correctly, and they weren't Eco!" windows which blew me away at the fact the original owner didn't have efficient window installed. I paid for the difference and they really made the outside look not only better, but protected the gaps of my siding with trim pieces to the window. 5 out 5... they are expensive, but they really do back their products up hard.... you can't get service like that!

      Excellent company! We recently had the roof replaced on our 9 year old home due to hail damage. Unfortunately, the roofers damaged some of our windows and screens. Window World came out and installed 4 new windows and screens. They were professional and were able to complete the installation in a matter of hours.

      I was blown away by the entire staff that helped me. ******, *********** did a great job of communicating and answering my questions. The instillation team did a great job installing my windows and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. This whole process was easy, and painless, and affordable.

      Professional crew of installers. Very polite young men who did a great job of installation and clean up. We were notified of their arrival time and there was follow up to verify our satisfaction. An overall very pleasant interaction and service.

      If you have large windows in your home, then definitely get them from Window World. I replaced two large picture windows for my kitchen bay and my home office. I was very pleased with the workmanship. In a matter of three hours the crew installed the new windows, they cleaned up after themselves and left.Sitting around the table is not unpleasant like it used to be.
