      Professional from start to finish. Excellent communication from all involved.****** the installer worked by himself all day to demo and install our windows. Knew what he was doing, never slowed down. Great work ethic. We can tell a difference with temperature in the house after only one day.

      Ordered Windows in August 2022. After 12 weeks waiting for the windows and multiple rescheduled install appointments-the crew shows up and says "all windows are wrong size need to reorder" multiple calls to CS assured that windows were correct size-a different crew came after 2 rescheduled appointments. This new crew of 2 removed and installed 17 windows in 10 hrs. A walk around outside the next day found nothing, no debris, paper, or plastic it was if no work took place. Very please.Found a window with a bad seal from the factory--new one was reordered- no problem. 6 weeks later and 2 install appointments. A crew shows up-packaging is opened and window is shattered- another one must be ordered-- 8 weeks and still no window. Now have identified 4 windows that will not open fully. A hand crank has broken and cannot get a field inspector for 2 weeks to do an assessment of window and crank problems.-------- 2 stars at best

      Awesome job of installation and workmanship high quality windows installed and (*******************) finished the last 3 sets of windows installed high skills and workmanship it was a big job for him alone but he handled it with skilled workmanship

      I'm a very satisfied customer. I completed my research on 3 local & 1 out of county businesses. From Window World sales, **** visited my home & explained their processes. After examining quotes, ******************* guarantees I decided to contract with Window World. I had to wait for my windows to arrive before setting an install date. Once the date was set I began my homes prep for install.The install crew arrived early lead by ****** & assisted by ******. After a quick brief they got busy, but not to busy to answer any questions & concerns I had. My decision was a good one as the install moved quickly without issue's arising & the great looking quality windows will paid dividends for me in energy conservation.My thanks to ******************************* for their professional ***********************
