    First of all I would like to say that the address, State, and Zip code provided for the Giftwows complaint is my address. I don't have a physical address for such business, only they online information. I had to made up an address to be able to fill up the form.November 16, 2022,I bought a Steel *********************** Men Work Boots Combat Boots in Sand color for $69.95. I bought size 11 (****************************************************************************************************).December 1, 2022, I received the boots. My husband tried them on and they were too small. When I checked the size on the boots it was 43. On the business website the only size listed was in ** which it's size 11. In not other country a size 11 is a 43, even in ***** is a 46. I submitted a complaint via email for a refund. The shipping took a really long time and my husband was really disappointed.December 7, 2022, I got an answer from *************************( CR) saying that the size was correct, and that I needed to pay $9.95 for a processing fee and $9.95 for restocking fee plus shipping if I wanted to return them. I replied back stating that the size information on their website is incorrect and it was their mistake, not mine, plus he send a picture of different sizes chart, that is not on their website for the boots. For these boots the size are only in US sizes.December 12, 2022, ***** wrote that I would not longer needed to return the item, he apologized for their mistake, and that a refund would be issued within 5-7 days.December21, 2022, I wrote to ***** regarding the refund money, because I never received it. He said that he would follow up with main office for an answer.December 25, 2022, ***** said that I needed to return the item and paid all the fees plus shipping if I want my refund. On his email he said that they sent me their supplier shoe chart, that in the picture, miraculously, size 11 correspond with a 43 size. That shoe chart was never sent and it's not on the website.
