    It has been almost five months since the service dog I had trained was ripped away from me. The owner of this company (LH) was paid over $22,000 to train a psychiatric service animal to alleviate the effects of a neurological injury I sustained during my time in the military. She had no right to keep the service animal after receiving full payment but told police she would be issuing a full refund. Not only have I yet to receive so much as a ***** of this refund, but she has also neglected to provide a timeline for the return of these funds. I don't know how messed up someone needs to be in order to personally justify this horrendous series of events, but I hope that others are more fortunate than I am in procuring necessary medical support animals.

    I have been waiting for almost 6 months for my refundable deposit of $4500.00 to be returned to me. I sent my money to ****** for her to use to look for a SD for me, with a signed receipt that says it was refundable. When my husbands health declined and his work ability decreased, we told ****** we could not afford to continue. She asked for 30 days to gather funds. We agreed. Since then, there have been many unanswered texts, calls. She did text she was having financial difficulty and couldnt return the money by the end of 2022. Its now Feb 19, 2023 and my $4500 has not been returned. This was to be used to look for MY dog, and since I didnt get a dog, she should still have my money available. My last text 48hrs ago went unanswered. I will edit or update this posting when this matter is resolved. As long as this is here, know that *********************** has not returned my $4500.Also, she is at a new address in **********, **. and is now operating as PRECISION SERVICE DOGS,LLC and is collectingdonations to fund another clients dog.
