    I booked this company to provide limo service for my daughter's prom, which was held on April 22nd. I, the mother of my daughter's date, and the owner *************************** were on a 3-way call on April 17th, during which we discussed pricing and finalized the details of the service. ************** was to pick up our children at 5:30 on the 22nd from the place where they would be taking pictures. ************** said he would call when he was on the way. He said the cost would be be $350, and that there would be a deposit of $100. I told him I would pay it right then. Minutes after we hung up I sent ************** $100 via Cash App. On the day of the prom, we were at the location taking pictures. It got to be 5:30 and ************** had not arrived, neither had he called. By 5:45 I asked my daughter's date's mother to call ************** while I continued taking pictures. A few moments later she brought me the phone, and ************** was talking and saying he could be there in an hour, that he was getting dressed. Incredulous, I said "No! Prom starts at 6:00, and it's 5:50. We're not waiting an hour on you!" He stated that he had an emergency with his children in ********** and had to leave at 2:00 that morning to handle it. I told him to just refund me my deposit, and that I would take them to the prom myself. He continued to talk, saying he left his phone, he's never missed an engagement, etc. Well, what does that matter now, since you're missing the one with my kids that I paid you for??? I told him to just refund the $100 deposit, and he said he would. He also offered to take the kids around the city on him at a later date. Whatever... So by the next day (yesterday), I had not received the refund. I tried calling ************** and his phone went straight to voicemail. I left a message regarding getting my money back. No response. As of today, the 24th, still nothing. I tried calling and got voicemail again, and still no refund.
