    - On 03 September 2023, I contacted Real Tree Guys on the Thumbtack app to: (1) grind tree stumps; (2) fix the driveway (a corner was breaking apart & it was pooling water); & (3) replace a retaining wall. On 15 November 2023, ***** ****** sent me an estimate of $11,751.26.- By mid-January 2024, the: (1) stumps were grounded; (2) portion of driveway was torn out; & (3) retaining wall was torn down. In late January 2024, the driveway was repoured.- On 04 February 2024, I let Mr. ****** know that the driveway was pooling rain water in the same place as before & another area; & the concrete was not smooth and concrete had been sprayed on the garage door, part of the house and other parts of existing concrete. After a few days with no response, I contacted him again and he said that he was having trouble making contact with the person he hired to do the driveway & would have to find someone else.- By early June 2024, Mr. ****** had someone come out & patch the areas of the driveway that were pooling rain. The places that were patched were noticeably darker than the rest of the driveway, so I let him know about that on 09 June 2024.- In late August 2024, I thought we had come to an agreement that Mr. ****** would refund $6,000.00 to me over time so that I could get the rest of the job done. He mentioned getting a loan to help to pay me back, but I didnt hear any more about that & he has made no payments to me to date.- Between the timeframes above, Ive checked in for an update regularly and either get no response, an excuse or a promise that doesnt materialize.- On 03 October 2024, Mr. ****** let me know that he would send me the money left over to pay for the bricks to rebuild the retaining wall & asked me how I wanted the money. I let him know via *****. I followed up on the 06th, 07th & 10th, but heard nothing. I followed up on 14 October and he mentioned that he had some & was trying to get more. I asked him to at least send what he had, but heard nothing.
