    Waited 6 months to get camper in shop. Did not feel safe pulling camper, so chose the nearest shop. They quoted me *** plus part. Once I got the camper in the shop, they called me and said they made a mistake. It will be $**** plus part. They asked if I still wanted them to fix, I wasnt happy and said what options do I have? I waited 6 months, I dont feel its safe to pull, and I am temporarily living in my camper. The part they said they would fabricate. It's a piece of angle iron that they cut to fit. Charged me $1** for the part. Not happy, I started calling around. I found out based off the spader labor manual, the work should have been half the cost. This was told to me by both Camper World and the manufacturer service dept. When I informed the owner, he said "He didn't care what they said." Told me to take it to them next time. My issue isn't with the guy up front, Billy. He was nice and communication was excellent. The owner was not nice and never returned an email.
