    Dishonest office staff, sub par property, *************************I did spend several thousand of my hard earned dollars living at this property under current management Alligent ******. They did not treat my family with any respect and also tried their best to make us uncomfortable. During a 6 month period they made excuses about the broken air condition, the dirty hallways, the trash piled up at the dumpster, the water leaking through the ceiling, the damaged bathroom and flickering lights. I complained multiple times and they did not fix one thing. After complaining in person they put an illegal notice of default in my door. When challenged **** said its due to the in person complaints. **** also said my family could not use the property amenities and is not to have any contact with staff. She created a condition so she did not have to repair my unit. So no complaint was removed and after the illegal threat of eviction I stopped complaining and looked for better accommodations. 3 months prior to new lease signing **** was called multiple times and left messages to schedule a time to discuss the h it and the lease. She did not respond to one message. I stopped calling. I also signed the new lease in the resident portal. When rent was due for month 12 the portal did not allow me to pay the lease amount as signed. After a month of unanswered calls and messages I was contacted and told the lease was not honored cause my spouse did not sign. Problem is my spouse isnt required to sign and they should not be assuming anything. They should have treated us with respect and responded to our many calls and messages. They sent a notice that I had to pay three times the rent for a month to month. After treating us so poorly now they are harassing us and collection companies are calling, for what? I paid you every dollar I agreed to pay. The lease ended and I moved and you got notice. You breeched two contracts and you better leave us be.
