      I bought a mattress set matter of fact two mattress sets from them in 2015 the one that a Queen size pillowtop that i sleep on every night had a sink in the middle they did a complaint in 9/2020 with my warranty. My mattress had a ten year warranty that covered my mattress. I received my mattress about 6 months later or longer because their excuse was that it was covid and i had to wait. I called the original store that I purchased it from in *************. on the North eastern blvd. and **** which was the manager there was soo rude and racist that he didnt answer the phone. So one day i was in auburn i called and started dealing with the store there. I spoke with a guy name *********** and after about another 4 months I had to chase him down call him and finally called a district manager which was name ***** and i got it in less than 2 month. I met all the requirements for my mattress warranty. So after about a year i started feeling the same sink hole. So I put some more support under the mattress and still did work. So i stopped in ********** and spoke with ****** and began the process of a mattress warranty for this mattress. Which was like Sept. ***************************************** to measure the mattress on October 5 which she told me to send it on the text.(************. after about 2 weeks almost three weeks i call her from a different number because every time i call the store no one answers I guess they have caller ID. She tells me on October 21 that she has to talk to the district manager to schedule person to come out and measure the bed but he was off and he does the scheduling. then she tells me 4 days later that its going to cost 99 dollars they waived it the first time and now i have to pay. I really dont think its right but, I need a new mattress so i paid, it. So they came out 11/2 I find out that yes i have a sink hold and the guy measured it and yes he said he could see it when he it the bed room door. I finally text her but, no ans.
