      *************, who complained about us not being in the office, did not make his reservations until 6:15pm. Yes we were out of the office. If he had texted he would have gotten a hold of us. When he finally got to me at 7;30 pm. I told him I would come and do the tour right now. He was angry and over the hill and used every 4 letter word he knew and a few other words I would not repeat. So he had to wait one hour? I believe he had been drinking or has an anger problem. They bought their ticket online so we could refund it at that time. We did refund his money and called and apologised again and he was still angry and using 4 letter words the next day. We have been in business a long time and this is a first.

      We booked the mobile original ghost tour they took out money and never showed up!!!!!!We called and called and called finally got someone and they said they was closed.. then offered to to it tomorrow night how can I do it tomorrow if Im leaving in the morning heading home.Why did they make the tour unavailable if They was out of town??We need our money back!! We did not do the tour because nobody would show up or take out call
