      My dining table was delivered damaged. It appeared as if the box had been dropped as there was damage to the outside of the box and the table was broken. I contacted the delivery company and they told me that I could not refuse the delivery since it was in my home and that I needed to contact the company it was purchased from. I responded how inconvenient that was. Hackbarth stated and that someone would come back to pick it up - as a customer I had already wasted 1/2 a day waiting on the delivery and waiting for pick up is absurd. Delivery window was sent to me (8am-9am) - the delivery did not show up until 11:15am. When this was brought to the companys attention they said their delivery window was 12 hours and that they didnt know where the information came from. Trash from the table was left all over the entry way. Overall, this delivery service was less than acceptable!
