January 25th, 2023 I begin the initial process of dental work for a bridge to be completed by *************************************************************** Dental. I paid in full my portion of $934.05 after insurance. 1 Tooth extracted and 1 perfectly good tooth in the front filed down without telling me upfront, discovered by looking into a mirror after it was done. A temporary bridge put in. I had to wait until the gums healed and I had a long trip planned. I returned in February to complete the work. Finally complete in April, I had to go back a few times due to swelling and bleeding. I noticed after months and months of 2 holes between the permanent bridge and my gums, which trapped food particles. I went back in February 2024 and explained to *** ***** of the concern with the 2 areas where the holes were, which clearly was not suppose to be the case. ************** filled one of the holes leaving the 2nd one still exposed of the gap/hole. This was still within my 12 month period of the final work that was to be done correctly. April 29th 2 months later after he retired, I received a bill of $157.45. I called the office several times and wasn't able to reach anyone. I called back and spoke with a young lady in the billing department of nothing every mentioned by ************** of a cost associated with him correctly repairing the bridge that wasn't correctly done and then to receive a bill from Grelot Dental after ************** has retired. This has never happened, he'd always repair any of his dental work that was done, he even stated that to me before. I want the bill to be wiped out and actually my money refunded and that is fraud because they submitted false charges to my insurance company for work that was suppose to have already been done correctly.
