    We understand the importance of having fully functional lights and cameras to ensure your safety and peace of mind. We deeply regret that the repair to the area around the light was not completed to your satisfaction, and we apologize for any confusion regarding the camera settings.

     Our team is actively addressing these issues and will work diligently to resolve them promptly. We will ensure that the area around the light is fully repaired to your expectations, and we will assist to help adjust the camera settings to record only relevant activity on your property, although this may or may not adjust to your preferred settings. These cameras are high quality continuous recording unlike Ring, which records only motion.   

    Additionally, we apologize for any difficulty you encountered when attempting to reach out for assistance. Your messages have not gone unnoticed, and we are committed to providing you with the support you need. Please expect a call from our team this week to schedule a convenient time for us to address these issues in person.
