      As part of our billing process, patients review and sign an agreement that includes our missed appointment policy. In this case, the patient acknowledged the missed appointment and agreed to the fee when speaking with our office staff.
      However, we recognize that financial challenges can be difficult, and we want to work with the patient to find a solution. We are happy to set up a payment plan to make this more manageable. If the patient has any further questions or concerns, we encourage them to reach outwere here to help.


      2/27/25: We spoke with Mr. ******** again and he is not willing to participate in a payment arrangement.  He does not feel he is responsible for the No Show fees and definitively states he will not be paying them.  He advised me that he has filed a complaint and is considering seeking legal services to recover the fee.

      I spoke with Mr. ***** ******** (*********) last week regarding his No Show Fee that was debited from his account on 2/11/2025 for his missed appointment.  He acknowledged that he missed his appointment and did not try to cancel it.  He stated that he was on a fixed income.  I informed him that he signed the statement of understanding and that he still owes $500 in fees due to missed appointments on 6/10/24, 9/17/24,10/01/24, 1/3/25 and 2/11/25.
      The 2/11/25 NSF is the only fee that has been collected so far.

      Bayview/ Alta Pointe in ********* ******* Phone number ************ ******************************************* ******** ** I made and appointment and went in. After I paid my $25 fee they told me they could not see me. I walked out but forgot to get my refund. I've been calling about my refund for weeks many many times. Everytime I call they say they will call me back about getting my money. They never call, they never send my money. Im indigent and disabled. These people are thieves and this is not the first time they have done things like this to people in need. My name is ************************* 2012 ************************* ****** ** *****
