    **Title: Beware of Inspect Mobile, LLC's Subpar Home Inspections**Last year, I hired Inspect Mobile, LLC to conduct a thorough inspection of my newly purchased home. Unfortunately, this decision was a major mistake. A later inspection by another company revealed an extensive list of problems that Inspect Mobile completely missed:1. **Recalled PEX Piping:** Exposed, recalled PEX piping was overlooked.2. **Incorrect HVAC System Age:** They reported the wrong installation date.3. **Non-Functional Ice Maker:** The ice maker's functionality wasn't checked.4. **Roofing Hazards:** Multiple exposed nails and loose shingles missed.5. **Electrical Safety Issues:** Lack of required GFI outlets outdoors.6. **Garage Door Malfunction:** Non-functional garage door remote.7. **Poor Sealant Application:** Extensive areas lacked proper caulking.8. **Ventilation Oversights:** Missing exhaust fan over the stove.9. **Structural and Exterior Concerns:** - Vegetation growing against the home. - Missing bricks and deteriorated brick veneer, especially at joints. - Holes and potential entry points for pests and moisture.10. **Water Damage:** Water damage signs around windows ignored.11. **Garage Door Seals:** Gaps in garage door seals not noted.12. **AND MUCH MORE**These missed items signify significant potential risks and financial issues.
