      We hired Happy Homes Insulation to install wet spray-in cellulose insulation in our walls and though we wanted wet spray-in for the ceilings and attic agreed to blown in for our attic and ceiling because Peter of Happy Homes told us it would not be possible to install the wet spray-in for those locations. When we saw the crew installing netting in our walls and asked why we were told they were putting blown in cellulose in the walls. We told Peter the agreement was for spray on but he said the job was too small to bring out both types of equipment so we were going to get blown-in instead of what we told Peter we wanted. We then told Peter the blown-in was inappropriate for walls because it would settle and we would not have insulation at the top of the walls. He replied that it would be overstuffed and therefore would not settle. Well, it has settled up - to 4 inches in some places. We are very dissatisfied with Happy Homes work given they didn't install what we asked for and that we now do not have insulation at the top of our walls. In addition, we wanted the spray on because it is clean (no dust) and one of our family has a respiratory ailment. The tubes used to blow in the insulation leaked dust all over the house and made us sick. Don't hire this company. They write their contracts so they can do whatever they want instead of what you think you are getting. L. Fregeau & R***** Leier
