A lady came Tuesday, Jan 31,23 and took my washer apart and said it needed hose she didnt have the parts, and just said a quote for the repairs but never said it would cost for the quote she said shed be right back early in the morning. Well she never came back, left it taken apart with sharp edges on the outer box and the gears and sharp edge around it exposed as well as a puddle all around it where the drain broke when she pulled it out which wasnt broken or leaking when I ran it, just wouldnt spin. When I called to let her know I needed to just purchase one she then proceeded to tell there was a trip fee. She didnt leave a bill for the trip fee when she left nor did she tell me about a fee. Im a single mom so I cant take them to a laundromat in this area its very dangerous and I cant afford a fee for the train wreck that was left here. I did more work clearing it all out and my daughter almost climbed up In between the box and the internal part of the washer and the edge while I was cooking. According to other reviews on here Im not the only person they tried to scam out of a trip fee without doing any work. I could file a lawsuit for the dangerous conditions but Im only asking to not be charged for this train wreck left in my home endangering my small child

All of this is not completely accurate, I did leave the washer apart because ei was getting you a hose from the tub to the pump which I explained and the parts supplier did not have it in stock.  he had to order it and I'm sorry for that.  However you could have said I have a small child please don't leave it like that and I would not have.  I was once a single mother and have a lot of respect for them, you could have called me and we could have discussed this. I left your house at almost 5 o'clock and talked to you the ext morning explaining I had to talk to my parts supplier.  But I understand your concerns and you can keep the service charge but you should know that every business that comes to your home charges one.  Appliance repair, plumber, electrician etc.  Have a wonderful day.  Be blessed
