    This company called my elderly mother and falsely switched her insurance to Humana. I walked in her apartment when they were speaking to her on the phone and asked her to hand me the phone. When the agent explained that my mother is now on Humana, I told her to cancel it and that we did not need her insurance change. She told me I needed to call the main number and that she could not cancel it. When I called the main number they had no idea what I was talking about which led me to believe it was a non-issue. Fast forward to a month and I received a call from her primary care saying they can no longer take her because they do not take Humana. I will say when I called Humana, when I finally got through to person, they were very helpful and they reinstated her in her original insurance. They explained to me that TruBridge direct sales was the company that sold the policy and the agents name was ***********************. And they are investigating this. I will also be reporting them to the attorney general. Im disgusted with this behavior of swindling elderly people. Its shameful!

    This company calls my significant other repeatedly, trying to sell him insurance. He has dementia, which is clear as soon as he answers the phone, yet they press on to make a sale. They vary their number each time, making it impossible to block them. Very disreputable.
