Just another bait and switch dealership. What earned this company low marks is everyone was unhappy. Usually, walking in, you are greeted with a smiling person asking how can I help you today. The next person is hello, my name is ***, shake my hand and can I get you a water, coffee, something. Here it was he will take care of you and the fellow was borderline rude. Sad.

The sales experience was good, sales staff was very helpful. All positive on the sales side. The experience gets soured a couple weeks after when I was looking at the paperwork I realized I didn't have signed copies of a few documents and I wanted to cancel 2 warranties, which per the contracts I could do within 60 days and I was well within that timeframe. I sent a letter to the dealership asking for this paperwork and to cancel 2 warranties. After they received the letter it took 2-3 days before they contacted me in anyway, an employee of the dealer tried to call me at least twice despite me saying i'd prefer to keep it in writing just so there's no confusion. There were also multiple unnecessary email exchanges before I finally received the paperwork a week after they received the letter. It was an unnecessary amount of time and hassle for what was a simple request for 5 pieces of paper. Unfortunately, the experience after the sale will probably cause me to go to another Harley dealer in the future. If I was rating solely on the sales experience, I would give 5 stars. If I was rating on the experience a couple weeks later, I would give 1 star. So the 3 star is meeting in the middle.
