I picked a ******* with ******* miieage vehicle (2013 **** Edge)they had but I couldn't get it. Instead they tried to get me interested in another vehicle with ****** miles that was a 2011 RAV.. They kept going to the back calling whoever trying to get me approve leaving me sitting in waiting area for the longest until I decided to just leave!!!! No more Auto Nation!!!!

Bought my daughter a ************* on Oct. 20, 2013. Paid cash. As of today , November 28, 2023, we have not received title or the registration so that it can be platted. My daughter and myself have contacted the salesperson, ***************************, the dealership sales department and their customer service department and all we get is, someone will call you back, Nothing! I think they sold a vehicle that they had no title or registration and they therefore were not legally allowed to sell. WATCH OUT OR THIS DEALERSHIP!!I am giving them one more day before I contact the Mississippi Secretary of ************* to see if they can help.

Two stares because I like and am satisfied with my car What Im not happy with is the way they treaded me when the spare fob they gave me did not go to my car. The original stoped working when I tried to use the spare one. Had to buy a new fob an had it programmed to start my car.Said before we found the spare fob wasnt for my car that they would pay to have it programmed. Had to buy another one to start the car, cost $539 to buy an have it programmed. The person that we talked with at Autonation said nothing they could do.Think they could had had a better attitude when they were calling me a lier. Will be happy to talk with anyone

I called to set up recall repairs on 7/17 on my Fusion. My appointment was scheduled for 8/08 for 8 o'clock. The service writer I spoke with stated the work will be completed same day and will be ready by the **** I arrived for my appointment spoke to a service writer as we proceed to walk to my car to get all the information he stated it will be up to 3 days to be completed. I informed him the person I scheduled this with said it should be the same day and since it will take that long can I get a loaner. He then told me they do not give loaner vehicles and I can speak with his service manager pointed him out and walked off. As I am telling *************************(service manager) about the situation he tells me they do not give loaners I need to contact ************* number up and get with them about why I can't get a loaner, which I did. After going back and forth about trying to get this resolved he then tells me take my business elsewhere, which I was glad to do so. After contacting ************* about my situation the lady apologized for my experience there and help me get set up with another dealership. I then called ******** **** and the service writer I spoke with there was more than happy to help me. Autonation **** was easier to utilize for services with work and home than ******** but at this point I will choose to drive out the way just not to give Autonation my business anymore. I blame myself because even with the warnings I have heard I still choose to go. Thanks ************************* you gave me some great advice today to never use this dealership again.

So I find a vehicle online, go in to take a look at it, and decide I want it. I'm planning on using my bank to finance, but let them go through the motions of their financing. They come up with a number with me putting down $3K. My bank beats it easily, with no down payment, so I let them know that's the option we're going with. I go home, thinking this will be the last I see the dealership...HA!That night I get a call from finance saying I forgot to leave my down payment. I tell the person, uh no, I financed through my bank, you have all the paperwork there. The person on the other end of the line stammers, "Uh oh yeah, nevermind," and then hangs up. This was a clue.A couple days later I get a check engine light. I take it in and they say it was a purge valve. All good now. Two days later another check engine light. This time they blame me for having some rabid voracious squirrel in my neighborhood that has chewed out my wiring harness...which they won't cover. Another $1100 out the window.I finally get the vehicle back and my wife informs me five weeks later, we have to make another payment on the vehicle we traded in because Autonation hasn't paid it off. Not only that, they screwed up the paperwork to the state so badly that the registration on the new vehicle has been canceled. We start emailing and calling and are told this is unacceptable, but nothing happens for almost a week before they get the other vehicle paid off (still had to make that extra payment...add that to the mysterious rodent payment) and get new paperwork to file with the state six weeks after purchasing the vehicle.Avoid unless you just want to meet every random employee who works there, because you will be passed from one to the next (and find out in the course of this how many have quit along the way).

I began trying to purchase a new f-150 truck from Autonation Ford in Mobile, Alabama about a week ago. I was dealing with Thomas Bethea, new car sales manager. I found the truck I liked and attempted to make a deal. We were not able to come to ageement. I texted with him on several occasions several times after that.
On the afternoon of November 9th, I drove back to the dealership (approximately 65-70 miles) and he came out to discuss the truck. He told me that they had just gone to msrp on all their vehicles and I should have taken him up on his previous offer.
I had a family member looking for me an f-150and he contacted Autonation and received an offer to sell approximately 30 minutes after I left. This offer included a discount of approximately $*****. He texted with Thomas Bethea and one of the salesman today and finalized an offer. I contacted the salesman and told him that I would be taking this offer and would he please have the truck ready and I would be there before 5 today. I attempted to call back and give a deposit so I would be sure that the truck would be there. I was unable to get the salesman or sales manager on the phone and the truck was magically sold.
I had previously called and emailed the general manager and he has failed to respond.
The purpose of this complaint is to warn others. I was buying without a trade and cannot imagine what they would attempt to pull if I had a trade-in.
I had additional certificate from Ford and also and reduction of cost by having my insurance with ALFA.
This is the type of dealership that gives car dealers a bad name and in this case a well deserved one.
